Know that the religion is what came from Allaah. It is not something left to the intellect and opinions of men..

May Allaah have mercy upon you. Know that the religion is what came from Allaah, the Blessed and Most High. It is not something left to the intellect and opinions of men. Knowledge of it is what comes from Allaah and His Messenger (salallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam), so do not follow anything based upon your desires and so deviate away from the Religion and leave Islaam. There will be no excuse for you since Allaah’s Messenger (salallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) explained the Sunnah to his Ummah and made it clear to his companions and they are the Jamaa’ah, and they are the Main body (as-Sawaad ul-A’dham), and the Main Body is the truth and its followers. So he who contradicts the Companions of Allaah’s Messenger (salallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) in any of the affairs of the Religion then he has fallen into disbelief.*

*Allaah, the Most High, did not only warn against opposing His Messenger (salallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) but also warned against the following of any way other than that of the first Believers: the Companions, radiallaahu ‘anhum, amongst whom the Qur’aan was sent down and who learned directly from the Messenger (salallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam). Allaah, the Most High says:

If anyone contends with the Messenger even after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him and follows a path other than that of the Believers (I.e. The companions), We shall leave him in the path he has chosen and land him in Hell. What an evil refuge! [Soorah an-Nisaa’ (4):115

So he who totally abandons their way and instead follows the way of the devils, like the extreme Raafidees, Baatinees and the extreme Soofees who worship others besides Allaah, then he has left the religion.

From Defender of the Sunnah to an Apostate!!!!!

Shaykh Muhammad bin Haadee:

An example of this is Abdullah al-Qasemi. How many books does he have defending the Dawah of Shaykh of Islam Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahab, the Dawah of Tawheed?! His book, “The conflict between Islam and paganism”; look into it. (His book) “The lightning of Najd in sweeping away the darkness of Ad Dajwee”, read it. Read these books that he authored aiding the Dawah of Tawheed, the Salafi Dawah, and the Dawah of Shaykh Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahab.

Then after that he became an apostate! And the Scholars of the Dawah ruled that he was an apostate. And these rulings are sound and documented in the books. (He has) writings in defense of the Salafi Dawah, then he became an apostate!

O slaves of Allah. What is your problem, why do you not fear for yourselves?! It is obligatory for all of us to fear for ourselves. Thus if the person is in a satisfactory condition then he should ask Allah for firmness; this is a principle.

رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا

Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us (Soorah Aali Imraan 3:8)

This is because the slave’s heart could deviate; even after he has been given guidance; because the hearts of the slaves’ are—as we have been informed by the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم—between two Fingers from the Fingers of Ar-Rahman, He turns them however He wills. And the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم has informed us concerning the fitna that would occur during the last days, when a man will be a believer in the morning and a disbeliever by evening, or he will be a believer in the evening and a disbeliever by morning, selling his religion for worldly gain. We ask Allah for safety and security.

So why are the people shaken when they hear that so and so used to aid the Sunnah and then he deviated? We ask Allah for firmness and we ask Allah to guide the likes of the person mentioned in the question. But let it be known that this is occurring and it has occurred, and this has happen and it will continue to happen; as long as man exists as long as man is alive. So don’t be alarmed, and don’t flee from this (reality) rather ask Allah for firmness and security.

Allaah has honoured the men with their beard wherein their beauty and dignity exists…

Shaykh ‘Abdur-Rahmaan As-Sa’dee (rahimahullaah) said:

“Allaah has honoured the men with their beard wherein their beauty and dignity exists. Woe to the one who shaves or abuses it. A person like that has certainly been disobedient to his Lord openly.”

[Al-Fataawaa as-Sa’diyyah; 96-97]

Du’aa is a great affair and its status in Islaam is great, so don’t take it lightly…

Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan (hafidhahullaah) says:

“Du’aa is a great affair and its status in Islaam is great, so don’t take it lightly. And don’t despair if you see that the answer has been delayed, because Allaah, subhaanahu wa ta’aala, knows better about what will be good for His slaves and what they need.”

A sin which can cause you to enter Jannah…

Shamsuddeen Muhammad bin Abee Bakr Ibn Qayyim aj-Jawzeeyah (d.751 A.H.) -Rahimullaah- said:

‘Indeed a slave commits a sin and enters Paradise through committing it and he performs a good deed  and enters the Hellfire through performing it.’

It was asked ‘How is this (possible)?’

Ibn Qayyim -Rahimullaah- answered: ‘A sin is committed and thus does not cease to be before his eyes (causing him to be) fearful of it, concerned about it frightened and weeping due to his regret of doing it. Feeling ashamed due to this  action before his Lord The Most High, with his head lowered between his hands, and his heart broken  and despondent due to it.

Therefore that sin will be more beneficial to him than numerous acts of obedience could be. As a  consequence these previously mentioned matters are the cause for this slave of Allaah’s happiness and  success until that sin will be a reason for him to enter Paradise.

A slave of Allaah performs a good deed and he continues to view it as if he has performed a favour for his  Lord and is egotistic due to that good deed, and he is conceited, vain and arrogant due to the sin. So he  says I did such and such action (boasting) causing to him to inherit the characteristic of pride, haughtiness  and adopting an overbearing attitude.

This becomes the reason for his destruction. Thus if Allaah Ta’ala intends good for the needy slave He trials him with something in order to bring him  down and to lower his neck in humiliation and to decrease his importance to himself. However if Allaah  intended for him (the slave) anything other than good He (Allaah) would have left him alone and his  vanity and pride and this is the deception which necessitates his destruction.’

wow! SubhanAllaah! The Qur’aan Broke All The Rules Of Arabic Literature

From the Sunnah of Allaah (subhaanahu wa ta’aala) is that He would give His Messengers miraculous signs in order to prove their Prophethood.

By the will of Allaah, Ibraaheem (alayhi salaam) resurrected four birds by command, in request to see how Allaah brings the dead back alive. Eesa (alayhi salaam) cured the sick, Musa (alayhi salaam) had a stick that would turn into a snake and do other miraculous things and many other Prophets came with great miracles.

When Allaah (aza wa jall) chose His Prophets, their miracles would be something that was prevalent in their time and place. Like in the time of Eesa (alayhi salaam), medicine and ailments were widespread and most popular and his sign superseded anything seen at that time. By the will of Allaah, he cured leprosy which was incurable and the blind.

In the time of Musa it was Magic & Sorcery and the best Magicians were present and his mu’jiza (miracle) superseded the other magicians.

And the time of our Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) it was Poetry. The people were highly skilled in Eloquent Poetry. The finest poets were around and every year they would hold an annual competition whereby the winner would have his name on the door of the Ka’ba until next year’s festival. With all their pride, Allaah sent down His Speech (The Qur’aan) that would outdo any other speech. Allaahu Akbar! The Speech of Allaah and the speech of His creation is like the difference of Him to His creation, INCOMPARABLE!

The eloquence and style of the Qur’an astonished the Poets at that time, some of which when they heard it would prostrate knowing that it can only be the Speech of Allaah.

The thing that was most miraculous to the Poets however, was the fact that the Qur’aan broke all the rules of Poetry and Arabic Literature even-though it was presented by an illiterate man.

In Arabic Poetry there was a system called al-Bihar made up of sixteen rhythmical patterns and all poetry had to fall into one of these sixteen and if it doesn’t then it is considered Sa’j or Mursal which is speech that is non-rhythmical in other words normal speech that is straight or may rhyme but is not poetry.

The Qur’aan could not be described in ANY of these forms!! Subhan Allaah it is a mu’jiza! The Qur’aan had its own form combining the rhythm of poetry even though it did not adhere to the rules of poetry (i.e it didn’t have a bahr) and it couldn’t be considered straight speech either as it had a rhythm and yet it superseded any poetry they ever heard.

And because it was the era of Literature and Arabic Poetry, people would fall in love with the speech of Allaah so the Mushrikeen would try their best to turn people away from it.

Allaahu Akbar!!!

O my sister facing trials, Read this, may Allaah bless you

Habibtee, I want you to remind you that Allaah ta’ala loves those He tests, Alhamdulillaah He ta’ala has chosen us to face trials. Although I know wallaahi it can be hard most times, like you feel like giving up, like no-one cares about you, wallaahi because most of the time, I feel the same, so I know you will feel the same, like your alone, and there’s no point anymore, but wallaahi Allaah ta’ala is testing your patience, and I KNOW you know that, because how many a times has someone told u about patience, or you read it somewhere, so know that, having patience is something great! And wallaahi we need patience! Because Allaah ‘azza wa jal promises delights for those who were patient in the dunya!! Don’t we wanna be among them? SubhanAllaah Ya Ukhtee both me and you know that this dunya is temporary! Its going to end! We don’t know when we will die but the reality is that the angel of death will take our souls when we least expect it! Habibtee when facing difficulty, just remember the prophets and our salaf, and the trials they had, Allaahu Akbar, then we will truly realise the statement of the Prophet صلي الله عليه و سلم when he said that the prophets receive the worst trials, then those next to them etc [something like that!] So habibtee when you feel sad and lonely, re-call Prophet Ya’qoub ‘عليه سلام who lost one of his son, and as grief overtook him, he lost his eyesight, Allaahu Akbar! So my dear sister be patient and engage yourself in supplication, just like Ya’qoub ‘عليه سلام did, when he made numerous dua’as, so increase in dua’a my dear sister, for yourself, and for myself ukhtee for verily the angel says Aameen and you too to the dua’a! My Sister, when you feel like everyone is against you, and no-one is on your side willing to support you, re-call Prophet Ibrahim ‘عليه سلام ! His own father plotted in his killing, how bad can it get? Allaahu Akbar, But still our example is in him, in which he was patient, STILL calling to tawheed and opposing the mushrikuun! Habibtee when you feel confused, and disheartened , try to imagine Ibraahim ‘عليه سلام when he was commanded to slaughter his son , SubhanAllaah, Indeed the prophet ‘alaihumu-salaatu-was-salaam, were given the most severe trials!! What about the trials, of the best example, The Prophet صلي الله عليه و سلم !? Do you think his life was easy? He had patience by Allaah, He صلي الله عليه و سلم didn’t give up, He remembered what was with His Lord, The delights, and so he strove! How would you feel when EVERYONE opposes you? Calls you names like Madman? Magician? Allaahu Akbar! Do you not want abide in Jannatul-Firdaus with The Prophets, Peace be upon them all, & the Sahabahs, the Sahabiyaat, & the Salaf-us-Saalih, May Allaah be pleased with them all. Don’t you want to be with them, drinking honey, sweet milk, wine and water, its taste will never change? Ya Bint Aadam, O Daughter of Aadam, don’t forget Allaah subhanahu wa ta’ala blessings upon you, by guiding you to the Haqq, the Truth & nothing but the Truth. The Trials you are going through, by Allaah, are nothing compared to the Prophets, The Sahabahs/Sahabiyaat & the Salafs. Then let us be patient my dear sister, and glorify our Lord ta’ala! When Allaah ‘azza wa jal inflicts us with trials, He subhaana is expiating our Sins, so We may not reach a specific rank in Jannah, so Allaah ‘azza wa jal is purifying us by testing us, Allaahu Akbar! So remain patient my loved one, because it is just a matter of time before you are granted ease, Inna Ma’al Usri Yusra, After Hardship There is Ease! SubhanAllaah! May Allaah ‘azza wa jal grant us patience, Aameen.
